Aaaahh.....The Benefits Of A Dead Sea Salt Bath




A tub, warm water, Dead Sea Salt and about 20 minutes of down time. That's it! This is one of the simplest ways to relax, refresh and rejuvenate yourself. You'll be amazed at how the salts soften your skin, cleanse your body and soothe your mind. Also, known to improve: Psoriasis, Eczema, Arthritis, muscle aches, insomnia, stress, skin allergies and more. (If you are experiencing any of the skin issues mentioned, use 2 pounds of Dead Sea Salt in water a couple of  degrees above your body temperature, regularly. This amount is what's needed initially to effect change. For maintenance, 1/4 cup or 2 handfuls is sufficient.)

Using Dead Sea Salts to aid the body in detoxification is wonderful! The skin is known as a third kidney of sorts and is very effective in excreting toxins. I once noticed during a fast how much improved I felt after a bath. I had been experiencing nausea, fatigue, brain fog. It was amazing how much better I felt, almost immediately! So whether it was the excreting of toxins or the absorbing of the many minerals in the Salts, I'm not certain, however, I felt a HUGE difference.
